Examples of the types of DNS, mail and hosting issues I resolve for Namibian businesses and service providers.
Problem: Website was moved but mail was still expected at the old provider.
Diagnosis: MX and SPF pointed to inconsistent providers.
Fix: Aligned MX, SPF and mail hostnames while preserving web records.
Result: Mail flow restored and DNS zone documented.
Problem: Website showed SSL and redirect errors after Cloudflare was enabled.
Diagnosis: Proxy mode and origin SSL settings were mismatched.
Fix: Corrected proxy/SSL settings and verified origin reachability.
Result: Website loaded consistently over HTTPS.
Problem: Domain appeared updated at one provider but still resolved old records.
Diagnosis: Registry delegation and DNS provider records were not aligned.
Fix: Identified authoritative nameservers and produced exact change list.
Result: Domain resolved from the intended DNS provider.
Problem: Outgoing business mail landed in spam after DNS changes.
Diagnosis: SPF was incomplete and DKIM/DMARC were missing or stale.
Fix: Published correct TXT records and verified authentication.
Result: Mail authentication passed external checks.
