SPF, DKIM and DMARC for Namibian businesses
Email authentication helps receiving servers decide whether your mail is legitimate. Without it, your mail is more likely to land in spam or be rejected.
SPF
SPF says which servers may send mail for your domain.
DKIM
DKIM signs outgoing messages so recipients can verify they were not altered.
DMARC
DMARC tells recipients what to do when SPF or DKIM checks fail and gives a policy framework.
These records must match your real mail provider and sending tools. Copy-paste records from an old host often causes problems.
